Brother Ali

Brother Ali is a rapper, as pitchfork puts it for his Shadows of the Sun album, with "two red eyes, pale white skin, a black soul and what can safely be called one of the year's best albums". This album was a favorite hip hop album of mine. Just got this single off his Champion EP. This remix is bouncy.

Oakland Graffitti is the best

The great worldly sport of squash. Grossly underrated in the US, played somewhat more in the land of Canadia, and more so in the eurolandia. We have pretty hard core sessions on Fridays, with Rob, James and Patrick. The south african contingent of Sir Sven has dropped as of late, due to baby commitments.

I have just come across two excellent photo blogs. For you skaters out there, you need to check out Light Tight, which is photography of Ryan Flynn, living in Atlanta. Really nice stuff. Then there is No Traces...breathtaking. Anyways, both in the sidebar. Enjoi.

New Camera: KonicaMinolta 5D

So good. I am in the world of DSLR. Hot.
But first...La Burcu, from Amnesia recently. She has been Gaussian blurred, so to speak.

And here are some quick pics I managed to shoot off today. So nice to be able to shoot in darker conditions. This first one, I call Donnie Darko.

Then...a self portrait of sorts:
